About us

Community

The community is cross-functional and aims to develop the personal abilities (soft skills) of managers and facilitate exchange of experiences among 'digital leaders' from various digital and IT fields, rather than focus on improving professional skills (hard skills).

The community brings individuals together and does not require employer agreement. All community members agree to a confidentiality policy and may only use data obtained at community events for personal development purposes.

Participants of community events must not disclose the name of their company or the positions of other community members to third parties, and should refrain from publishing information about the event that could identify participants or their workplaces. This information remains within the community and cannot be disclosed without verified consent from the member in question.

Meetings of digital chiefs are conducted in a cross-functional board format, where members bring real issues to the table for discussion. During these meetings, members are allowed to make value judgments and recommendations based solely on their own experience.

Rules

To receive an invitation to join, you must demonstrate a high level of professional knowledge and at least two years of managerial or leadership experience in roles such as CDO, CIO, CMO, head of, group head, PM, leader, account, etc. either within the community or through open sources. The Digital Chiefs project is a social initiative, and invited community members can attend events for free, subject to seat availability.

To attend community events, participants must register and confirm their presence beforehand, as seats are limited.
If this is your first invitation, your public information should match your community member profile. Upon registration, your profile will be further reviewed and may be rejected by the expert council.

The decision to invite you to the community is made quarterly by the Expert Council, which comprises individuals in management or leadership positions in significant digital and IT companies.
